4 MG Zone 4B Reservoir

The Centennial Water and Sanitation District 4-MG Zone 4B Reservoir, located adjacent to the Douglas County Rock Canyon High School, was constructed to meet the continued growth of Highlands Ranch.   The Shea Homes 22,000 acre Highlands Ranch development is located in Douglas County, one of the fastest growing counties in the US.  The tank is buried to minimize the visual impacts on the surrounding homes and high school.  The Zone 4B Reservoir is one of six water storage tanks, totaling 24 million gallons of capacity that Bates Engineering has designed for the Centennial Water and Sanitation District.
