5.0 MG Hess Ranch Reservoir

In response to continued growth east of Cherry Creek, the Parker Water and Sanitation District retained Bates Engineering to design the 5-MG Hess Ranch Water Storage Tank. Located in a fast growing development the $2.3 Million project was constructed by Jennison Construction Co., Inc.

The District’s Project Manager is District Engineer Jim Nikkel, PE. He is assisted by Gary Walter, Engineering Technician. Jennison’s project superintendent is Bob Rakosnik and Jordan Willeke, EI, lead Bates Engineering’s field staff.
