Summit County, Colorado 0.5 MG Water Storage Tank

The Dillon Valley District 0.5-MG Water Storage Tank project is located along Straight Creek in Dillon, Colorado. The $0.7 Million buried tank project was awarded to BTE Concrete Formwork, LLC from Glenwood Springs.

The project included site piping to permit the district to operate the tank in a series or in parallel with a second 0.5 MG tank at the site. This operational flexibility will assist the district meet drinking water regulations. Kit Badger, MSCE, PE is Bates Engineering’s field engineer.
